Your name came up in a conversation the other day
with someone and I thought I would look you up to
say hi.
If I never told you, I truly admired you and
appreciated your friendship and kindness during the
time that we were close. I know you sold Nikky and I
our first house, but you were more than a realtor,
you were a warm and wonderful friend. I know that
our season has passed ( to all things have a season
) but the time that you were in my life, you were a
great guide to goodness and had a very positive
impact on me. I, as well as many others, am a better
person for knowing you.

Regarding: Jody Hudson and Kate Baird, Real

We spent hours searching for properties using the
Internet. We used several different search
engines and both of us were amazed at how often
www.Kate-Jody.com came up in the first few
search terms. No other real
estate agents in the Rehoboth and Dewey Beach areas
were as evident on the Web searches. At first
my husband and I were doing individual searches on
our own computers but it soon became only Jody and
Kate that we relied on for the results.
Then I started reading the
numerous articles that Jody wrote. I have
never seen such honest and unique information
anywhere about real estate. Before we even
contacted them we knew they were the only agents we
needed for Delaware. We wrote to them and Jody
responded within minutes and Kate within an hour;
some of the other real estate agents we wrote to
have still not responded and most took a day or more
to write back. Kate soon became our winning
correspondent and she was always quick, accurate and
complete in her response. Once we met them we
found that they are both, in separate ways, fully
informed, honest, forthright and professional in
every way.
We are both real estate attorneys
in Delaware and although we had never done business
with Kate or Jody in the past we hope to always use
them in the future. We will soon, within the
next five years, have an office in the Rehoboth and
Dewey area and perhaps in Georgetown as well.
We look forward to Kate and Jody helping with those
purchases, as well.
Since we are both in the business,
I think we are both in the position to speak with
authority when we say that Kate Baird and Jody
Hudson are among the best and most professional real
estate agents in the state. I only wish that
from a professional standpoint we could recommend
them to all our clients but of course we cannot.
